Background;

Her father abandoned her when she was six, leaving Ramona to take care of her dying mother. She never quite forgave him for that, and has never heard from him since. After her mother died she was never the same again. The only thing she really enjoyed in life was working for the Navy, helping other soldiers with their problems. But boy did it take a look of blood and tears to get into the Navy! Espeically since she stands at 5'5' and weighs only 110 pounds.
